The space
As you arrive, you will walk to the house letting the bridge guide you to the front open entrance where you will right away see the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, the house was inspired by the trees in the forrest leading to the house. The award winning architect’s idea was to integrate the house in the natural beauty of the yayo trees.
The L shape design creates 2 separate outdoor living areas on the main floor so everyone can find their special spot with different Ocean views.
Our outdoor covered space has:
The large 4 sided infinity pool, including the build in sitting area and wide edges for sunbathing.
Here you can enjoy a game of billiard & watch your favorite game on TV.
The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, BBQ & dishwasher.
Enjoy your meals at our large pool side table and lazy afternoons in the living room and/or in one of the poolside sunbeds.
Our “indoor” living space has:
Large patio doors that can remain open or screened in when desired. The fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and a Jura coffee machine is a great place to enjoy cooking a special meal or letting yourself be charmed by our chef Erik as he prepares something special for your friends and family. This space is also open to nature and the ocean but can be closed when needed. Here the Yayo trees are close to the house giving this space a different feel to it all together.
Finishing off with cocktails at the end of our property. Here lies a beautiful “point” overlooking the coastline where you can enjoy the spectacular Pacific Coast Sunsets.
The upstairs:
Consist of 6 bedrooms all with ensuit bathrooms and king size beds. We have equipped one of them with a king size bunk bed for either a couple using the bottom bunk or as the kids or teenagers room.
All bedrooms are similar in size, the 2 end rooms are the “master” bedrooms with corner patio doors.
All bedrooms have built-in closets, desk areas and are supplied with luxury linens, bath towels, hair dryers and charging speakers.
Also supplied are organic Costa Rican soaps, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion.
You will have the ocean views from every room in the house even the showers!
"Our morning walk ritual spot” is at Carrillo beach, just a 5 mins drive.
This beach is a special place as it is 100% untouched by man. The natural beauty will recharge your mind and soul!
Adventure over to one of the secrete beach’s just a short 1 min walk from the house.
We are located at the end of a dead-end street making life nice and peaceful.
Puerto Carrillo our small town has a great little store for all your “go to” needs and many take out or delivery restaurants for easy lunches.
A 12 mins drive up the coast, you will find the cool town of Samara.

Included in your rental is a delicious breakfast served by Alexandra our gracious caretaker. Rest assured Alexandra is very discreet and is the perfect compliment to all vacationers. She will clean/tidy the house around your needs and schedule. Make sure you have a clean and steady supply of towels.
Our team including Anggie our co-host, Pierre our concierge and Erik our Chef will be with you from the beginning till the end, assisting you along the way with all and any questions. Anggie will assist you in coordinating your booked meals with Erik and she will put you in direct contact with our concierge service before you travel so you have the guidance for all of your vacation needs. Pierre can help you with Car/shuttle rentals, to all of the outdoor excursions you might want.
