Step inside to be welcomed by the bright and lovely living room. The stunning villa features generous indoor and outdoor areas, where elegant simplicity captures that effortlessly. On the entrance floor, there is the open-plan bright and breezy living accommodation with a living area with Smart satellite TV, a fireplace, a dining area for 10 guests and a fully equipped and modern kitchen, where this spot will be the heart of this house. A communal W/C will be suitable for all the guests in the same area. On the same level, you will find 2 modern-designed bedrooms that themselves host king-size beds with ensuite bathrooms with showers, offering complete privacy and amazing sea and mountain views. The property is filled with natural light that pours softly inside the villa giving a sense of serenity and relaxation. The heating of the villa is with A/C.

Once you step through the first floor of this chic villa, it won’t take you long to realize that you’ve arrived in a pretty special place with three more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers. One thing in common in this villa is that every bedroom has a breathtaking sea and mountain view and its secluded terrace where you can sip a morning cup of coffee in peace. Its various luxury facilities, plenty of scope for privacy and contemporary design with a neutral palette of colours, create the ideal summer home!

Outdoor
Enjoy early morning dips in the swimming pool, where you get to have moments with your kids or sink into the outdoor sofas and reminisce about your day, while you get to enjoy your alfresco breakfast in the lounge area! This area offers you a slice of solitude to soak up the sun. The BBQ area may be the perfect spot for you to prepare light bites and snacks to enjoy with a drink out on the private terrace. This perfect space and the summer breeze will be a gentle reminder that you’re in paradise. Don’t miss the plenty of area that is offered for your cars.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Neighborhood highlights

Falassarna is a seaside village on the West part of Crete in the Kissamos Prefecture about 59km west of Chania. It hosts some of the most famous beaches in Crete of various lengths, all facing the West (which makes it a wonderful place to watch the sunset from). The waters are very clean with lovely turquoise colours because of the sandy bottom.
The exotic main long sandy beach of Falassarna which is called Pachia Ammos has been awarded the blue flag beach and as one of the ten best beaches in Europe many times in the past. It is listed as Nature 2000 due to the wide variety of flora and fauna, which is a place with gorgeous natural beauty.
The beaches are well organized with many umbrellas, a few snack bars, cafes, and a lot of water sports.

From the archaeological side, in the area, there are the remains of a fortified Hellenistic harbour. Because of a sudden uplift of the West of Crete 1500 years ago, the harbour is now located inland.
