Our recently remodeled home is ready for your tranquil Hollywood Hills stay with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a flex entertainment room with a flat screen TV, shuffleboard, bar cart & fuze-ball table . The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new European appliances ready for you to cook amazing meals to enjoy while watching a famous LA sunset on the patio! Both bedrooms have a luxurious ensuite bath, including a fantastic soaking tub in the primary bathroom and heated flooring in both bathrooms. The indoor/outdoor floor plan and walls of disappearing glass create a calm, tranquil atmosphere for you to enjoy jaw dropping sunsets each night and chill out above the city lights in privacy.
Central to Hollywood, West Hollywood, Silver lake, Universal Studios, Los Feliz, Downtown LA and just a short walk to many trails that take you up to the world-famous Hollywood sign.
Please refer to the Guest Access section for driving and parking instructions. The street up to the property is fairly steep and narrow, but the parking area is fairly flat and capable of fitting one car. Street parking is available but be aware of signs for trash days.

In addition to our great kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an entertainment room that comfortably fits up to 4 guests with a king sized bed in the master& queen size in the upstairs room.
Central AC throughout the home will keep you cool and comfortable in the hot summer months. Heated flooring in both bathrooms creates a luxurious and VIP experience each time you step in.
Enjoy the endless views overlooking the Hollywood Hills and the city lights of Los Angeles from nearly every room. On sunny days, you’ll enjoy views all the way to the ocean and Catalina Island! You do not want to miss the stunning sunsets each night. You've never seen them like this!
On the spacious upstairs ground floor, you’ll find a breezy, open floor-plan with a living area, dining space, and kitchen, leading to a large patio with an additional outdoor sitting area for cocktail hour, and a dining space for your sunset-soaked dinner. You’ll also find the first bedroom and ensuite bathroom, as well as the entertainment room with a sofa, flat screen TV, shuffleboard, fuse-ball & mini bar cart to keep good times rolling past happy hour.
Downstairs you’ll enter the vast primary bedroom, with its own private and amazing views of the city. It also features its own bath, complete with a soaking tub and walk-in closet.

The entire house and property is accessible to guests, the only area off-limits is the supply storage room in the downstairs bedroom.

The house is in a HIGH FIRE ZONE which means there is absolutely no smoking allowed inside or outside of the house. If signs of smoking are found, you will be fined $2,000 or be fully responsible for paying the additional cleaning costs, which ever is highest.
Please be mindful that this is a quiet neighborhood, so noise throughout the day should be kept to a minimum with quiet time being from between 10pm-8am.
No un registered guests or parties allowed.
Guests are expected to leave the home in the condition to how it was found.
Please collect all your garbage into the containers in front of the house; blue bins are for all recycling, black bins are for all other trash. Collect all your dirty dishes, load into the dishwasher and start it. We will take care of the bedding and towels.
Please do not move any large furniture - couch, beds and tables.
Sliding doors for the living room windows are very heavy and tend to slam together if closed too quickly. Please be sure to gently close and open to avoid injuries or damage.
