Just one block from the mountains of Joshua Tree National Park and a short drive from the area’s unique boutiques, bars and eateries, these 4 custom built villas - which can be rented individually, or all together - are the high desert’s first luxury villa retreat.
The space

Crest
Experience Crest. This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers ensuite bathrooms, an open floorplan living room with chef's kitchen, a private pool and spa, luxury amenities, and a game room. Every detail has been thoughtfully selected to enhance the guest experience. The villa’s sleek geometric exterior and earthy color palette resonates with the rugged beauty all around. Inside, the décor combines clean, modern lines with fun Mid Century accents to create a serene atmosphere that blends in with the surroundings.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with premium spa-style en-suite bathrooms featuring gorgeous stone surfaces and high-end finishes. The bedrooms each open to outdoor patio space. The living room contains floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the pool area - which includes a fire pit, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and outdoor dining table. An airy, open layout invites you and your group to dine, drink, relax, and share moments together, all while enjoying spectacular views of Joshua Tree National Park through oversized glass windows and doors. The garage game room opens up on both sides to create an indoor/outdoor lounge with a sofa bed, TV, arcade game and a ping-pong table.
Crest is conveniently located between Joshua Tree National Park’s north and west entrances, putting you in the ideal position to explore everything the area is famed for. An extensive property guide and Fieldtrip’s always-available Guest Experience team are on hand with recommendations on the best hikes, shopping, dining, and activities, as well as to arrange private chefs, yoga, and other curated experiences.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you’ll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
