~Bedrooms & Bathrooms~
Skyfall has been designed with privacy in mind and accommodates up to four guests. The primary bedroom is located just off the main living area, with an ensuite bathroom, an outdoor shower and a private patio space. The second bedroom is in a nearby detached casita a few feet off the main house and has a private ensuite bathroom as well. It is also equipped with a kitchenette, complete with a coffee maker, under counter refrigerator and ice maker perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the casita's attached private patio.
Both bedrooms offer king-sized beds with high-end mattresses, Parachute linens, and luxury goose feather down pillows and duvets. Each bedroom is artfully decorated with custom wallpaper from celebrity photographer Don Flood of FliePaper, and photography from Kate Ballis’ Infra Realism series is highlighted in the primary bedroom. ~Right Next to Joshua Tree National Park~
800,000 acres of mystical beauty: Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures, and at Skyfall, it is just outside of your doorstep. Sweeping, grand, and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations, this quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.
~Honoring Ancestral Land~
We acknowledge that this magical place we get to call home, Skyfall, rests on sacred ancestral land. Please join us in acknowledging and honoring the earth spirits and original stewards of this land as we open our hearts to hear their prayers and receive their ancient wisdom. So that we may weave a world rooted in respect, dignity and peace. For all.

Other things to note
~Pool Heating~
Heating to 85 degrees for the pool is included in your rental, except for the winter months (November - March). Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees during your stay during the winter months, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area.
► April - October - no additional fee
► November - March - $150/night
Please note that only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume.

~Pool and Hot Tub Service~
The pool and hot tub are serviced Monday and Thursday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.
~Dogs~
Skyfall welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. ~Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips~
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.
~Security Camera~
There is a security camera mounted on the carport and directed at the driveway in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.
~Parking~
Parking is available for two vehicles in the carport and driveway.
~Trash & Recycling Service~
Trash day is Monday. The trash company will bring the cans out and back in.
~Cleaning Fee~
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
