Welcome to GIOIA Lodge - your luxurious mountain top home with panoramic mountain views nestled among the Smokey Mountains near the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway! With sweeping views, this exclusive mountain house is perfect for a pampered, peaceful, and adventurous getaway.

You'll have plenty of privacy to relax and unwind whether out on a hike or soaking in the hot tub under the stars!

The space
Breathtaking beauty at this estate with panoramic pastoral and mountain views. Open floor plan, large windows take every advantage of the spectacular views, chef’s gourmet kitchen, three stack stone interior fireplaces and one outside on the deck, basement with pool table, cozy movie room perfect for movie night and multiple levels of outdoor deck space with a hot tub!

Guest access
This luxurious mountain house is approximately 8400 square feet with over 800 square feet of private terrace and nearly more windows than walls.

Designed to be luxurious and blend into its natural surroundings, it's the ultimate North Carolina experience.

Guest will have access to the house including the finished basement.

Other things to note
Only 30-40 mins west of downtown Asheville, 45 mins to Asheville Regional airport, 80 mins to Gatlinburg. 35 mins to the gates of Biltmore Estate.

Drive or hike through the Blue Ridge Parkway, White Water Raft, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Golf, Cycling and so much more. Also venture to the historic Biltmore House and visit breweries in Ashville.

The indoor and outdoor fireplaces serves as another window to the natural surroundings to be enjoyed while snuggled on the couch inside or soaking in the hot tub outside.

Bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows, closets and ROKU TV's.

The outdoor spaces have a Weber Grill, Gas Fire Pit, 8 Adirondack chairs overlooking the mountains and Hot Tub.

During your winter stay, you might notice ladybugs seeking refuge. These harmless visitors often find their way into the living room and bedrooms.

Serenity at GIOIA is built to comfortably accommodate 15 guests.
