Camp Milson is an 8-acre luxury family retreat located on Flathead Lake with 300 linear feet of lake access and 3 private boat docks. Located in the Gold Coast area of Bigfork, just 5 minutes south of town and grocery stores, this is the best location on the lake! Milson offers the modern, luxurious amenities of a boutique resort in a beautiful natural setting. There are 3 homes, a Trapper Cabin and a Tipi on the property.
The Day Cabin is on the upper level and is a 2-level log cabin home custom built in 2022, designed by renowned MT architect Larry Pearson, built with reclaimed wood logs from an 1880s Montana homestead. This cabin features high-vaulted ceilings with reclaimed wood beams from an old Wisconsin barn, a large stone fireplace, indoor/outdoor access, central AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with a Viking gas range, Subzero refrigerator, All-Clad pots/pans and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Mattresses have been furnished by the W Hotel and Crate & Barrel with luxury linens from Brooklinen. The bunk room downstairs has a 65" smart TV as well as a pool table and is ideally suited for kids. There is a separate outdoor entrance for the upstairs and downstairs levels - the 2 levels are not connected.
Below the Day Cabin, there are 2 mid-century homes (Glass House and Cherry Cabin) along with an outdoor pavilion. Enjoy one of 3 private boating docks and the crystal clear waters of Flathead Lake (please note - boats CANNOT be parked on the docks overnight).
Max capacity is 22 people total, including infants. (14 adults max due to bunk beds)
Day Cabin: (sleeps 8)
Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master King-size bed. Bedroom 2 (downstairs): King-size bed w/1 twin bed in nook and seating area. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): 4 Twin-sized beds (two bunk bed sets). Please note that the upstairs and downstairs are connected through exterior stairs so if you have young kids that need to be close to their parents, the parents would need to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. Due to the bed configuration, the Day Cabin is best for 4 adults and 4 kids. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom downstairs.
Glass House: (sleeps 8)
This house has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, one bedroom has two twin beds, and the bunk room has 2 sets of twins for a total of 4 twin beds. The house has two full bathrooms. Chef's kitchen with large dining room area, and downstairs TV room, full size laundry room. (Has a 250 ft deck on upper level.)
Cherry Cabin: (sleeps 4)
This cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full size kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor dining and lounging space. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Trapper Cabin: (sleeps 2)
This cabin has two twin beds in an all-enclosed screened room. Put your two most adventurous guests in this space as it's the best room for experiencing the outdoors. Fall asleep to the sounds of nature under the protection of a roof and screened walls. (Solar light only and must use bathroom in one of the houses.)
Tipi: (sleeps 4)
Nestled between four trees with the entrance facing East for sunrises, this 20’ tipi was gifted by our Cree Indian friends. The simplicity and beauty of the tipi is the perfect setting for story-telling and special new memories. (Solar light only and must use bathroom in one of the houses.)
You can rent boats, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards from a local outfitter who will deliver to the Camp! You can go swimming, boating, tubing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or fly fishing. Hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby. Take a morning walk and see the deer and wild turkey roam freely. Or, walk down to the boat dock for 180 degree views of Flathead Lake. The Eagle Bend Golf Club and Montana Athletic Club are also just a 5 minute drive away.
***No pets allowed. Before booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request an accommodation for waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals; receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site; and once approved to have the animal on site must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation. If you bring a pet without previous approval, you will have the option to find other lodging for your pet within 24 hours, or end your rental immediately without a refund and forfeit your security deposit. You will also be charged an additional $1000 upholstery cleaning fee.**
Please note this is a residential area with quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Please be considerate of our friendly neighbors and do not play outdoor music or have large gatherings outside during these hours.
**Minimum age requirement of 25 years old**
In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork boasting shops, galleries, restaurants and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. There are activities for everyone from hiking the Swan River Nature Trail, exploring the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, fishing the many lakes & rivers or golfing at any of the exceptional courses, including Eagle Bend Golf Course.

The permit occupancy is based on what has been approved for your reservation .
We have a city ordinance for quiet hours 10pm-7am. We want to make sure we are in good standing with our neighbors so we request guests to move inside after 10pm.
Rental Agreement:
This Rental Agreement (“Contract”) is entered by and between Casa Limonada LLC (“Owner”) and yourself as the Airbnb renter (“Guest”). Owner and Guest may collectively be referred to as the “Parties”. The Parties agree as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict cancellation policy. Please review carefully
QUIET ENJOYMENT: [Guest shall be entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right.] Guest also agrees to respect neighbors and will not cause disruption of neighbors.
NUMBER IN PARTY: Number of people staying on Premises must be indicated and confirmed on contract and not exceed maximum number of people allowed as indicated in the contract. Evidence that the number of people staying on the Premises exceeds number indicated on the contract may result in forfeiture of entire security deposit and the situation must be remedied immediately by the guest. If the situation is not remedied immediately, booking will be canceled and guests must vacate the premises immediately.
PARTIES: Gatherings, including guests, which exceed maximum number of people staying in our home must be preapproved and noted in our contract. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and care should be taken and polite consideration given to neighbors so that their peace is not unduly imposed upon or disturbed. Guest is responsible for all visitors in this regard, whether occupying the property or “dropping by” for a visit. Evidence that parties have been conducted without pre-approval will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit and guest must vacate the premises immediately. All cars should be parked on our driveway, not on surrounding streets.
PETS: Guest is NOT allowed a pet on the premise. If the situation is not remedied immediately, guest must vacate the premises immediately. Service animal registration required at time of booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY: No smoking of cigarettes or cigars is allowed on the property. Evidence of smoking on the property will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit.
DANGEROUS MATERIALS: Guest shall not keep or have on or around the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive nature that might unreasonably increase the risk of fire or explosion on or around the premises or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible insurance company.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE :While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
ELECTRICITY, A/C AND HEAT: We ask that you please remember to turn off the A/C, heat and all lights when not using them, and use A/C and heat on an as - needed basis.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hereby waives and releases any claim that Guest now or later might have against Owner and Owner’s employees and agents, regarding the construction, design, maintenance, repair, or condition of the premises negligent conduct of Guest, Guest’s employees or agents, or any activities that take place thereon or therein. Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guest hereby assumes the risk of harm to Guest, Guest’s personal property, and Guest’s agents and invitees in whole or part arising from or related to any of the foregoing causes. By renting this property through Airbnb, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
