A newly renovated apartment located in the city centre. You walk 1 minute from Prince Edward MTR station exit D to my apartment . There are so many restaurants and local food store, international fusion, convenience store, 7-11 store, supermarket McDonald Restaurant (24 hours in service) money exchange, local banks.... We have 8 flats located in the Mong Kok Mtr station area . Please check " My Profile"
The space
The apartment is a modern style design with comfort decoration. It has an open kitchen. It provides a brand new 32" LED TV, a new refrigerator, washing machine, 3 split type air-conditioners.
It has 3 bed rooms and a sitting room. Each bed room has a queen size double bed ( 1.5M x 2 M ) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area.
We provide high quality bed linen, quilts, towels, bed and Simons mattress, electric appliances , furnitures,and fixture.
We also provided hair dryer, iron facility, electric kettle, shampoo, soap, adaptor, shower gel....etc.
( Tooth brush and tooth paste subject to offer)
The apartment brand new renovation with upgraged Simon's mattress and bed sheets, newly wallpaper. There is an absolutely comfort home for your vocation.
I provided super speed Wifi service . The speed is 1000 Mbps.
It is an excellent location, near the shopping area and the Nathan Road. There have a lot of transportation provided around the apartment. There are plenty of local food stores. International fusion, convenience store, pharmacy, fruits store.
The apartment provided 24 hours security guard and CCTV record service, lift service and no stairs in front of building entrance. It's an excellent for senior and child with trolley.
It's an excellent location just 1 minute walking distance from Prince Edward MTR station to the apartment. Exit D
You walk 5-8 minutes away from Ladies Market, Flower Market and Gold Fish Market.

1. Your luggage are welcome to keep in the apartment during cleaning time from 11-3pm. Please pack your luggages before go out.
VIP luggages service:
2. My colleague will pick up luggages from the apartment at noon. He will delivery your luggages to you at any time, any where at Kowloon area. The transport fee is HK300. airport:HK$550. Please order in advance.
VIP pick up service: Nissan ELGRAND Deluxe 7 seaters. My colleague will hold your name and waiting for you at the arrival hall. Please provide your flight number and arrival time. The service charge is HK$650. (Please order in advance).
