Charming and spacious gated residence located 2km from the picturesque fishing village of Kilada, this villa boasts 7 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, 2 WC, generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, sea-sunset view office, BBQ facilities, landscape garden. The villa’s 600m² are tastefully furnished, all areas have A/C and accommodate up to 12 adults & 4 children (16 persons).

The villa bedrooms/living area are distributed per the below:
• Main Level - 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 WC, Laundry room, indoor & outdoor spacious dining area & BBQ
• Upper Level – 1 Master ensuite bedroom with sea view veranda, 1 office with a unique sea view (2 guests)
• Lower Level - 3 ensuite bedrooms with sea view terrace, 1 ensuite dormitory bedroom (6+4 guests)
• Ground Level – 1 Living room / bar, 1 WC, pool access
• Guest House – 2 ensuite bedrooms with sea view (4 guests), 1 small independent kitchen & for staff or guests.

There is the option in some rooms to add extra beds, camp beds and baby cots if needed.

The villa is located approximately 250m away from the warm, crystal clear waters of the nearby beaches, & 600m from the charming & within walking distance from the family friendly Lepitsa sandy beach next to Lepitsa restaurant! Protected from the Argolic Gulf due to their position, both beaches are situated in shallow and calm coves, making them perfect for youngsters to enjoy safely. The area's climate makes it ideal for water sports, due to the lack of wind compared with the open waters of the Aegean Sea.
Porto Heli town is approximately 15 min drive. From Costa port (5 min drive from Porto Heli) sea taxis take visitors to Spetses island (10 min, 30€ per taxi - 8ppl).

In Spetses you can find many historical buildings, museums, art galleries as well as restaurants, bars and bouzouki clubs from 'Dapia' to 'Old harbour' and 'Ayia Marina', and even more remote beaches.

Hydra Island is a little further away, 35 min drive to Porto Hydra from the villa and then 10 min with the sea taxi to Hydra town. Hydra is famous for its picturesque architecture, the vivid nightlife and cosmopolitan character. Hiking is a popular thing to do as the island is crossed by many walking paths that lead to impressive spots with sea view and historical monasteries.

Also, in the mainland you can visit Nafplio (the first capital of Greece - 1hr drive) and Mycenae. Ancient Mycenae is to the Peloponnese what the Acropolis is to Athens. Mycenae is one of the most important archeological sites in Greece, giving its name to a whole civilization, the Greek Bronze Age between 1700 BC and 1100 BC and according to mythology it was the home of Agamemnon and Menelaus. In Nafplio you can visit the historical castle of 'Palamidi', 'Boutzi' (the Venetian fortress), the war museum and other castles.
