This stunning villa, recognized for its spectacular design, is perfectly nestled into the natural landscape of Queenstown Hill. Designed with Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece 'Fallingwater' in mind, the waterfall at Cascata descends from the natural forest stream to the pond and onto the reflection ponds.

The space
The entrance to Cascata is mesmerizing, the living green wall captivating all the senses. The water features, which change colour depending on your mood, add to the serenity of this exceptional home.

Set upon three levels connected via a glass elevator, Cascata radiates luxury and good times together. Entertainment is front of mind, with numerous options of spaces to dine together, relax and really unwind. When the sun is shining, the outdoor living space adjacent to the kitchen is the place to be. With outdoor dining and seating, BBQ, pizza oven, open/close overhead louvers, log fire and surround sounds, settle in for the day. As dusk descends head up to the roof top and light up the Teppanyaki Grill whilst taking in the epic lake and mountain vistas.

The super-sized kitchen, with dining for twelve is at the heart of this home and connects to the comfortable living area and to the outside dinning. With unobstructed views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkable Mountains, Cecil Peak and the Kelvin Heights Golf course spend time taking in the view whatever the weather.

Five spacious bedrooms, suitable for 5 couples, boast their own balcony plus floor to ceiling glass windows maximizing the natural light. The master bedroom, with ensuite, walk-in-wardrobe and gas fire also has direct access to the outdoor spa and sauna.

With so many fun activities to do in Queenstown, bungee jumping to wine tasting, jet boating to shopping, Cascata is a welcome reprieve from the busyness of the day.
