Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however, we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.
Other things to note
Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No Bachelor/ette or spring break groups. Maximum occupancy of 20 families/couples OR 10 singles maximum. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10 pm, may result in a fine. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid.
Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Quiet time is 10 pm-9 am. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
7-night minimum for 12/25 and 1/1, if taking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required.
High School/College spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
