The space
Stunning 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home incorporates the finest building materials and finishes imported from Greece and Germany, with timeless design and quiet sophistication. Spacious indoor/outdoor living areas are prevalent throughout the home and encourages island style of living. High ceilings and numerous windows capture the natural light and views from every major room. Enjoy privacy from the large Master bedroom suite which includes a lanai, luxurious master bath with jacuzzi tub. The gourmet kitchen is finished with German cabinetry, high-end appliances, and an eat-in breakfast nook that overlooks the sparkling pool and spillover spa. A spacious pool deck is excellent for entertaining or looking up at the night sky. Tropically landscaped, manicured backyard includes an 880 sq ft basketball court. Parking on property for 4 cars. 24hr Security at main entrance of gated community.

Guest access
Guests will have full access and complete privacy to the entire property, including the backyard, basketball court, and pool, making it easy for larger groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Other things to note
Services / Exclusions / Amenity Limitations:
     •    Regular housekeeping services are not provided during the stay, but a cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
    •    Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms only.
    •    Hot tub is available at all times, fits up to six people, but subject to quiet hours.
    •    Street parking is not available overnight.
    •    Concierge services are available to assist with booking massages, chefs, cleaning, or airport transfers upon request.

Check-in / Check-out procedure:
   •    Guests will be asked to sign lease agreement per HOA rules prior to stay.
   •    Guests drive up to the left side of the security gate and provide their name, driver’s license, and car registration.
    •    Upon arrival, they will enter the code provided. Extra keys and the garage remote will be left on the kitchen counter.
    •    Checkout: Guests are asked to dispose of any trash, start the first load of dishes, turn off all split AC units and lights, lock up the property, and leave the keys and garage remote on the kitchen counter.
