Located a 3-minute walk from the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Garden, in a quiet and residential street, this spacious apartment (120 m2 with 2 BR) is ideal for those who wish to experience a unique and timeless stay
Situated on the noble floor of a private mansion built in 1910, we have sought to combine the timeless charm of the past with modern comfort

The space
Our apartment boasts a surface area of 120 m2 with all the charm of the past and impressive volumes: ceilings 4 meters high, oak parquet flooring, marble fireplace, mosaic flooring, moldings, and carved wooden doors.

Completely renovated in April 2023 by an architect, it consists of:

An entrance-kitchen (18m2) covered in quartz stone and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator)
A large living-dining room (50m2)
An independent master suite (25m2) with a bedroom, library, desk, and bathroom (bath, shower, and toilet)
A junior suite (15m2) with a shower room and separate toilet.
The 2 suites are completely autonomous.
The apartment is located in a small, secure, quiet, and family-friendly "hotel particulier".

The apartment, located on the first floor with an elevator, is our home and has been completely renovated with uniques furnitures and artworks. Therefore, we select guests who will take great care of the apartment and be discreet regarding the neighborhood..
therefore, we prioritize hosts who have already had an experience on Airbnb (5 stars rating) and ask those who wish to book to share their plans and expectations with us before making the reservation, in order to offer the best experience possible.

We do not accept event, show, business meetings in our residence. We are also not interested in any social network partnership.

Please note that the kitchen is entirely covered in quartz stone. The doors are heavy, especially the dishwasher door which needs to be opened carefully, without letting it go to avoid it slamming on the floor

For security reasons, main door has to be locked and windows has to be closed during the night or when guest are not in the flat
