★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION / HOUSEKEEPING ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We also offer housekeeping every three days and weekly change of linens completely free of charge.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but we request caution when doing so.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Kindly respect fellow guests and neighbors, and exercise mindfulness when using appliances and furniture within the property.
★ VISITORS ★
Visitors are welcome until 10 pm
★ CRIB AND EXTRA BED OPTIONS ★
-We can arrange a baby cot at AED 50 per night. There is also a baby essentials package at AED 100 per night which includes high chair, baby cot, toilet seat, and bath tub.
-Extra beds are available at AED 100 per night.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ★
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and will be charged at a small fee of AED 100 per hour. Kindly contact us in advance to check availability and make arrangements.
★ REGISTRATION ★
To ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to submit their identification documents in a timely manner. For standard bookings, IDs must be provided no later than 6:00 PM on the day prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, IDs must be submitted immediately at the time of booking.
Failure to provide the required documents within these timelines may result in delays or issues with your check-in. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused due to non-compliance with this policy.
