The San Pancho Penthouse Ballenas Unit is your perfect getaway in San Francisco. With two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and panoramic views that embrace both the ocean's vastness and the peaceful adjoining jungle, it's your home away from home.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, access to a washer and dryer, free covered parking, and 24-hour security personnel.
The space
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
o The main suite offers a king bed and floor-to-ceiling glass multi-sliding doors on both sides, allowing you to witness the changing hues of sunset right from your bed or the wrap-around balcony. The private bathroom is spacious and has a rain shower head.
o The second room's king bed and balcony transport you into the town and serene jungle setting. Enjoy a private entrance to the shared second bathroom.
o Both rooms come with ample storage to settle in comfortably.
Main Living Space:
o The living space, with plenty of seating and a large smart TV, is ideal for relaxing evenings. Or enjoy a relaxing meal at the dining table while watching the famous San Pancho sunsets.

Beach:

Access:
o The condo is all yours for the duration of your stay.
o Check-ins are a breeze with a self-operated keypad system.
Rules:
o Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.
o Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.
o Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.
o No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
o No parties or events are allowed.
o No pets are allowed on the property.
o No smoking on the property.
o No diving or jumping into the pool.
Please read carefully through all House Rules listed under the "Things to Know" section. Guests must comply with the all rules. Failure to do so may result in guests being asked to leave the property and/or a fine.
Guest access
Important Access Info: San Pancho Penthouse is located on the 5th (top) floor of the condo, offering stunning views and a peaceful retreat above it all. The building is equipped with a backup generator to help keep essential services like the elevator running during power interruptions. However, as with many places in coastal Mexico, occasional lapses in electricity can still happen—especially during summer storms or periods of high demand.
While these interruptions are typically brief, we want all our guests to feel comfortable and safe. For that reason, the penthouse is not be suitable for guests who are unable to use stairs if necessary.
