The estate is designed to provide privacy, tranquility, and a relaxed atmosphere while remaining close to the beaches, restaurants, and surf culture of Santa Teresa.

The villa is located above Playa Hermosa in the peaceful Santiago Hills neighborhood of North Santa Teresa. Playa Hermosa is one of the region’s most beautiful beaches and is well known for surf conditions suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced surfers.

Nearby you’ll find cafes, restaurants, surf schools, board rentals, grocery stores, yoga studios, and wellness experiences.

The drive to Playa Hermosa takes approximately 5 minutes, while downtown Santa Teresa is around 12–15 minutes away by vehicle. Having your own transportation is highly recommended.

Guests have private access to the entire villa, pool area, floating terrace, and dedicated parking for 3 cars and 2 ATVs within the secure gated property.

A safe and desirable neighborhood, many long time residents of Santa Teresa have settled in this peaceful area to be surrounded by nature, wide open spaces, ocean breezes, fantastic views, and to escape from the now busy streets of town, while still being a quick drive down to the surf and to the relaxed and friendly beach community of Playa Hermosa.
