A host of fantastic sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities await guests on the Estate and nearby, including game shooting, deer stalking, and salmon fishing.
The space
Welcome to Kipney Farmhouse!
With an interesting history dating back to 1850, the original stone-built farmhouse has been wonderfully restored and recently updated into a modern hunting lodge. Thanks to its large, double aspect windows and the stunning architect-designed cathedral ceiling, beautiful light floods into the downstairs sitting room and beyond. The open-plan designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a double oven and an induction hob. The generous and stylish dining area makes for easy entertaining and boasts its very own teardrop chandelier! The drawing room has sumptuous leather sofas and a woodburner for cosy relaxation on cooler days.
Upstairs, there are four beautifully appointed double bedrooms all with super king beds and modern en-suite bathroom facilities. (Two of the rooms can be converted to twin bedded rooms on request.) Guests love the variety of interesting features such as the four poster bed in the master bedroom, the stylish wood panelling and inviting window seats. There's even a traditional freestanding double-ended slipper bath with fluffy towels! If outdoor bathing appeals more, there is also a hot tub in the grounds for guests to use.
There's plenty space in the boot room for storing golf bags and hunting equipment, including a secure gun cabinet. Flagstone floors in many parts of the property make it practical to live in and outside there is ample room for car parking. Equipment such as BBQs, garden furniture, cots, private chef, etc. are all available on request and there is electric car charger on-site. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed.
A notable feature is the option to book Kipney Farmhouse along with neighbouring Kipney cottages, accommodating up to 22 people in total. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties at Kipney Farmhouse.

Kipney Farmhouse is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up grouse and game shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond. Clay pigeon and rough shooting can be organised by the estate on request.
