The space
Fully renovated in 2022, Heritage Estate is a modern 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom home that offers 6,200 square feet of luxurious space and amenities and features access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, and ski run just steps from your front door.

Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of privacy and convenience four minutes (or 228 vertical meters/ 749ft) away from the Creekside village shops and restaurants.

Beautifully finished with contemporary interiors, you immediately feel the grandeur of the estate’s great room, dining, and kitchen areas which offer idyllic open-concept living with vaulted ceilings and plenty of bright, natural light. The large and open chef’s kitchen is equipped with Wolf, Subzero, and Miele appliances, as well as ample prep space and quartz countertops, and a separate prep kitchen – ideal for entertaining.

The main level living area opens to a large open deck space with modern outdoor furniture and a heated dining area with BBQ to enjoy the expansive mountain views year round. This large open-concept living space includes a kitchen, family room, formal dining area seating 12, and an office with a queen Murphy bed that doubles as a bedroom.

The master bedroom is also located on the second floor with a gorgeous stone-enclad ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaker bath, walk-in closet/dressing room, gas fireplace, lounge area, and private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air and mountain views in the morning.

Every bedroom is designed with clean lines and minimalist décor. This stunning home offers plenty to entertain your group after a day out on the slopes, with a large outdoor hot tub, multiple fire pits, and gas fireplaces, stunning mountain views from large patios on all three levels, as well as a ping pong table, wet bar, two 90-inch TVs, gym, and hammam-style steam room.

There is ample parking with room for two vehicles in the double garage and an EV charger, as well as room for additional vehicles in the driveway.

This home is just a one-minute walk to private ski-in/ski-out access or a one-minute drive to the private Kadenwood Gondola. Discerning attention to detail and elevated design put this home in a class of its own as the perfect retreat for any winter or summer getaway.

Your reservation includes our in-house private concierge services from 8 am-8 pm to help you get the most out of your holiday with us. Once your reservation is made, we will introduce you to your concierge to arrange transportation, lift passes, lessons, rentals, chalet staff, private chef, spa services, activities and much more.

Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIOD we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Year's Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 26-28th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel.
