Guest access
Upon arrival at the villa, our concierge or house sitter will greet you and open the house for the check-in. They will also show you the basic aspects and assist with your luggage. For daily communication, our concierge will be your support for any needs.
Other things to note
• Important Information: Please note that our property is located in the residential area of Tulum. For guests seeking a vibrant atmosphere, we recommend considering apartments or hotels in the downtown area.
• Mobility: Despite what many believe, the town of Tulum is quite large. We are located in the residential area next to La Veleta and close to the main avenues, but the town and the beach are separated by at least 3 miles. For this reason, we recommend renting a car to move around Tulum more easily — whether it’s to visit the beach, go grocery shopping, dine out, and more.
• Regarding Events: We are delighted to organize special occasions such as Yoga retreats or bachelorette parties. However, loud gatherings or DJ parties are not permitted on the premises. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted to be hired or enter the villa.
• Pet Policy: With the exception of service dogs, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.
• About Tulum: Tulum differs from bustling cities like Cancun or Miami in terms of infrastructure. It is a charming rustic town where some streets are paved, while others are not. The town has experienced significant growth in recent years, leading to ongoing construction activities in the area. Although our immediate neighbor has completed construction, there may be occasional development projects nearby at certain times of the year.
Since Tulum is surrounded by nature and wildlife, it is very common for our guests to encounter ants, bugs and possibly scorpions, in the surroundings.
