Victoria Bay Lookout Villa is a beautifully appointed Luxury Villa situated on a private estate near the end of the the sought-after Victoria Bay Heights residential road, Victoria Bay.
World renown as a surfing mecca, Victoria Bay is a mere five minute drive down the road. Wilderness, with its well-known restaurants, lagoon and endless beach, is a quick ten minute drive. Garden Route Mall, Eden Meander, golf courses including Fancourt, Kingswood and Oubaai are all within easy reach.

Victoria Bay Lookout Villa occupies a prime location, perched high up on the mountainside with total privacy and uninterrupted views over the bay and ocean. Enjoy sundowners on the undercover deck with built-in BBQ/Braai, splash around in the natural rock swimming pool or soak in the Kol Kol hot tub under the African sky, with pristine nature and birdsong surrounding you. There is a private footpath through the indigenous forest leading to two decks, one with table and chairs, both with sea views.
Split on two levels, this property accommodates ten people in absolute comfort and style. On the top level are three bedrooms, all en-suite and each with large sliding doors opening onto a wrap-around balcony boasting full sea views. The master bedroom has an additional outdoor shower and indoor wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs is a self-contained Apartment sleeping four people, overlooking the landscaped gardens and offering partial sea views.
The Main House features a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, 12-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen, separate scullery with washing machine and dishwasher. Sliding doors lead out onto a sea-facing balcony on one side and an undercover deck on the other, the latter with a built-in BBQ/Braai, outdoor dining table, additional seating arrangements plus sunloungers. The Apartment has a more intimate open-plan living area with lounge, 6-seater dining table and equipped kitchenette, with partial sea and full garden views.
The Main House has a wood-burning fireplace in the lounge, for those cozy nights spent indoors, as well as smart TV with full package DStv. The Dstv is shared with a TV in the Apartment’s lounge.
Additional features include wifi, a full solar and inverter system for loadshedding as well as an alarm with armed response. There is a guest toilet in the Main House and additional outdoor shower nearby the swimming pool.
Access is via a remote controlled gate making it very secure and private.

Ideal for a family, honeymoon couple, surfers and group of friends. Also golfers due to its central location within the Garden Route.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire property with private entrance. Access via remote controlled gate. No use of a garage. Ample on-site parking.

- Uncapped wifi and full package DStv is included. The TV is a smart TV.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 10 people sharing in 5 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no safety fence or gates at stairways, also no safety net on the swimming pool or kol kol hot tub. You need to keep an eye on small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
- Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- NO pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- Noise policy: Victoria Bay Lookout Villa is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and part of a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials.
- Housekeeping service is not included, it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
- Parking: There is ample parking on-site, the garage is not available for guest use.
- The area is home to wildlife including birds and bush bucks etc.
