Hi, I am Stefanos (Sagittarius), the host of Santorini Heights. Santorini Heights is the outcome of a dream to provide the comforts and services of a luxury attitude hotel in an environment that feels like being at home, but away from home. I always wanted to have a small vineyard, a home grown vegetable garden and be environmentally as green as possible in all aspects. We, @SantoriniHeights think we have achieved all this and we are continuously striving for improvement. I love hiking, cycling, travelling, listening and playing music, cooking, reading and good viewing material, mainly movies and series. Favourite types of music: R&B, jazz, soul, Latin and Greek of course. Favourite book and movie: The Razor's Edge novel by Somerset Maugham (searching for meaning, existentialism) , the movie Sliding doors (multiple outcomes, twist of fate, parallel time, destiny). I love driving in any new country through all B and other secondary roads, exploring and discovering the unusual, the unexpected, the ordinary but unique at the same time as well. Experiencing the daily routine and life of the culture and the people in that place or country by mixing with them in that snapshot in time, the moment. I love cooking from Greek, to Italian and a little bit Indian as well. As a host and together with our staff, we want our guests to have not just a great holiday, but an incredible experience with nice walks on beautiful paths in Santorini, participate in one of our legendary BBQs, pick and taste our organic cherry tomatoes, visit the ancient Thira and the Akrotiri ancient town with an inspiring private guide, visit some of the best wineries on the island and still have plenty of time for relaxing under the sun at your private pool or by the sea.
