The space
Open floor plan with large glass sliders throughout the opening to expansive views of the city and private lush garden with swimming pool, lounge area and fire pit. Three bedroom suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, main suite offering a steam shower and soaking tub, and a study on the main floor that can convert to an additional bedroom. Enjoy prepping meals in the chef's kitchen, taking in the cityscape and relaxing in this indoor outdoor living oasis. Large enough for a family holiday or vacation with friends yet intimate enough for a luxurious romantic getaway.

Other things to note
There is an additional pool heating fee of $75 a day which can be billed per day when used.

For stays longer than two weeks housekeeping will be provided.

Beneath the property there is a separately gated studio which we keep for ourselves when we are in and out of town. It is not visible and does not affect the privacy of your stay.

The villa only takes bookings up to nine months in advance. If you are interested in a later date please inquire once it is within that six month window.

Neighborhood highlights

There is no need to drive for entertainment. Just a few minutes walk from the villa are some of LA's nicest hotel's from the Chateau Marmont, Sunset Tower, 1 Hotel West Hollywood, The Pendry and Mondrain all offering multiple venues with spectacular views for drinks and dining. Reservations are recommended for dining. You can continue walking to Sunset Plaza, to visit its collection of fashion boutiques, outdoor cafe's, beauty spas and fitness center. There is also another center just next to the villa which has a Trader Joe's, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks and Crunch Gym.
