The space
Welcome to 296 Marsh Cove! This impressive four bedroom coastal manor can be found along the marsh in Kiawah Island. Outside, a serene sanctuary with private saltwater pool. Inside, a designer's dream with stunningly beautiful interiors. You truly couldn't wish for more on your next island vacation!

Inside on the main level, you'll find a striking living area with tall, vaulted ceilings and carefully chosen furnishings - offering the perfect place to gather after a long day of exploring. This space also flows beautifully into the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and with top of the line appliances and large kitchen island, even the best home chefs will find it to their liking! The dining table offers seating for eight, with three more seats at the kitchen bar. Also on the main level is an expansive primary suite, that is just as beautiful as it is spacious! With a king bed, it's own private sitting room with TV, and access to the pool deck. The en-suite features a large soaking tub, double vanities, and a standing shower!

Upstairs on the second level there are three additional primary suites, along with another living space with TV to offer more options and convenience for your group. These three bedroom include a two rooms with king beds and a third room with queen bed - all with their own private en-suites! The king bedrooms share a lovely balcony overlooking beautiful scenery and the golf course. Downstairs, there is a bonus room with another sitting area and ping pong table.

Outside, enjoy your own little oasis. Step out onto the screened porch with seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sounds of birds in the morning and crickets in the evenings (with your beverage of choice in-hand). This leads out onto another open-air deck space with more seating for the group that also flows onto the pool deck. Imagine coming home after a day full of enjoying the sun and sand to take a peaceful dip in your private saltwater pool as the sun sets behind you. The epitome of an island getaway! The boardwalk to the beach is just a two mile bike ride away, where you'll find miles of unspoiled sandy beaches to revel in.

So with close proximity to stunning beaches, exclusive golf courses, and award-winning restaurants, you'll find little need to leave the island. But should you choose to, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a scenic forty minute drive away. So if you're looking for a vacation rich in memories, beach days, history, and charm - look no further.
