Renowned designer's own family-friendly 4,000 square foot home on a beautifully landscaped two-acre property adjacent to a 500-Acre preserve. 4 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to downtown East Hampton. Fully automated smart home with motorized shades and lighting, heated floors, heated gunite pool with automatic cover, outdoor barrel sauna, heated outdoor shower, stocked wood burning fire pit, EV charger, and many more amenities.

The space
Renowned designer's own family-friendly 4,000 square foot home on a beautifully landscaped two-acre property. Adjacent to the 500-acre Grace Estate preserve and the 600-acre Cedar Point state park, abundant with wildlife and the best-rated trails and camping sites in the East End. Secluded and nature-rich Mile Hill Beach is a 4-minute drive or 8-minute bike ride, and the shops of downtown East Hampton are an 8-minute drive. The home is fully automated with Lutron lighting and motorized blackout and roman shades. The AV system includes a dozen in-ceiling speakers, three Samsung Frame TVs with Sonos sound bars and subwoofers, and a custom three-way outdoor tower speaker system hidden in the landscaping around the property's perimeter.

The spacious primary and guest bedrooms have large closets and en suite bathrooms. Primary has king bed and guest room has queen bed. There are two additional large rooms close to the primary bedroom, each with two beds (one bedroom has a queen and twin and the other a full trundle with twin pullout).

Bathrooms are equipped with Parachute linens and Public goods toiletries.

The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf range with six burners and a griddle, a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, a stand-alone nugget ice machine, and a walk-in butler's pantry with a wet bar, coffee station, and lots of cooking basics.

There's a dedicated quiet home office with two desks and a printer. A Gigabit Wifi mesh network extends throughout the home and property. There is radiant heated tile in all bathroom, mudroom, and laundry room floors. The kitchen features an informal dining area, and the kitchen deck, which features a motorized awning, has a large table that seats ten. The saltwater pool is heated and has an automatic motorized cover for safety. The property also includes a 4 person outdoor barrel sauna, heated outdoor shower, and a wood-burning fire pit with lots of dry firewood and kindling. EV charger with Tesla connection.

This home has been carefully designed and perfectly maintained to accommodate a maximum of 8 users at a time. The home lends itself to best be enjoyed by one family and is not set up to be shared between groups.

Guest access
Millwork in the second-floor hallway is locked. The fridge and freezer in the garage and basement are off-limits (the basement only houses utilities). You’ll have access to the laundry room, kitchen pantry, and all other areas of the house and property.
