The space
As part of our exclusive villa collection, this villa offers premium services like daily housekeeping and a dedicated personal concierge for a seamless, effortless holiday.
The 6 bedrooms, an infinity heated pool, a children’s pool, a wine cellar, BBQ facilities, and firepits are the key elements of Pure C Estate.
The concept of this one of a kind property revolves around its location, views, construction details and quality. Its namesake feature stands for Sea, Comfort, Crete and Concrete: the quintessential elements that put it together.
Pure Sea
The entire concept rounds off with the stunning 240 degrees uninterrupted sea views of the white village and lights of Agios Nikolaos, as well as the relaxing sound of the waves splashing. 2 swimming pools and several water spots in and around the house, made with exclusive Rajasthan marble tiling, always reflect the color of the sea offering an unprecedented infinity look all day long, while seating areas at different sea levels provide a wide range of panoramas.
The 400m2 exterior of Pure C Estate is complemented by two private swimming pools. A 25m-long perfect infinity pool with slightly salty water that protects sensitive skin can be used to swim laps. The pool is built with marble and has stair access, being 1,5m-deep and can be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice). The pool area is equipped with 5 double built-in day beds, 4 poofs, 2 bean bag loungers, poolside shower and an outdoor WC.
A children’s pool on the side of the building, 15 X 4m, 0,50m-deep, also with salty water, is perfect for our young guests.
Take al fresco dining to the next level with the traditional wood pizza oven and charcoal BBQ, while still having direct access to the kitchen. The building structure also expands to the outdoors, providing natural shade to the outdoor dining area and outdoor sink.
Several seating and lounging areas are placed all around the terraces. A shaded bar with a second sink, 4 stools and a mini fridge for you to enjoy refreshing drinks. Next to the bar, there is an outdoor seating area with a firepit. A second seating area with a firepit and double bed on the opposite side of the pool invites you to sleep under a thousand stars and enjoy the cool summer breeze.
Last but not least, the property offers full privacy, with no direct neighbors. Parking space for 3 cars under the shade is also available inside the premises.
Pure Comfort
The 360m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Attention has been paid to every little detail to ensure maximum comfort. All 6 bedrooms have superior quality COCO-MAT mattresses and top mattresses, 2,00 X 2,00m, individually controlled air conditioning, open closets and a wide selection of cushions, made of all natural primary materials providing the best sleeping experience possible.
In addition, housekeeping service 6 hours/day and grocery delivery service (6 days/week) will take all your troubles away. Top quality linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers and BioAroma complimentary bath toiletries are provided for all guests.
The Ground Floor hosts the living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
The vast continuous opening in the main living area creates an airy space with seamless indoor/outdoor connection, offering a huge built-in corner sofa, wooden wall mounted wine rack, leather loungers and coffee tables. The in & out effect created by the open plan space creates the feeling of actually spending the entire day by the sea while in the comfort of a homey environment. SONOS speakers ensure an excellent acoustic experience all over the property, indoors and outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen features a Liebherr wine cooling display, island breakfast counter with induction hobs and integrated extraction hood, top quality built-in appliances, as well as direct access to the outdoor kitchen, dining area and BBQ facilities, were you can relax or have your meal without loosing the unobstructed sea view. An auxiliary pantry room offers a second fridge and Kitchen Aid equipment.
The master bedroom offers direct access to the outdoor bed and fire pit seating area, 32’’ HDTV, a Nespresso machine and en-suite bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom features an en-suite shower and sink, 32’’ HDTV, Nespresso machine and exits both to a private balcony equipped with a seating area and the rear part of the property where a seating area where 4 bean bag chairs, a table and 2 bean bag loungers can be found. A WC is also available on the ground level.
On the Lower Floor our guests have the chance to unwind and switch off at the zen wellness area with an in-ground hot tub for 5, wooden sauna, double shower room; taking in the light from the water filled skylights. Alternatively, you can keep your body and mind active by taking advantage of the fully equipped fitness room with wall-to-wall mirror, treadmill, CrossFit bike, free weights, abs bench, exercise mats and 2 multi purpose apparatus. In addition, a laundry room with washer, dryer, safe and storage room is also at your disposal.
Finally, the remaining 4 bedrooms of Pure C Estate are also located on the lower level. In more detail:

Pure Crete
- Our BioAroma cosmetics are all natural, plastic free, parabens free and locally made; based on traditional Cretan herbs, olive oil and beeswax.
- A fine selection of the best Cretan wines is available for purchasing in the unique wine cellar located on the lower floor.
- The characteristic natural terrain of the area is organically preserved inside the well-kept gardens, adorned with lime and mandarin trees, low bushes, plants, local Cretan herbs; allowing you to enrich your cooking and cocktail experience. The mesmerizing sea views of Mirabello Bay are evidence to Crete’s world famous element: the clear blue waters.
- The vicinity of the Estate to some important Cretan must-see attractions such as Lasithi heights, Knossos Palace, Spinalonga islet and Mochlos traditional Cretan fisherman’s village is also a big asset. Explore Greece’s biggest island, taste its traditional cuisine, meet the locals and live a true Cretan experience. It’s also a 10 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos, with many vibrant bars and restaurants at the lake, the port, the marina and the beach.

Pure Concrete
In the exterior, the modern architecture and white colour blend seamlessly with the rugged landscape. Built-in pool double day beds and seating areas from forged cement offer a sense of organic continuity creating smooth surfaces.
In the interior, built-in furniture, beds and countertops made from the same material and floors covered with concrete-look tiles add a contemporary touch and minimalist aesthetic to this amazing dwelling, while the soft relaxing earthy colors match the natural surroundings and the deep blue Cretan sea. The atmosphere shifts to a light-filled space, consisting of a modern mix of white walls and fabrics and light-colored woods, thanks to the expansive floor-to-ceiling doors in all ground floor areas. In addition, the height of the ceilings (3,2m) provide a sense of space and openness.
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
