Villa Lasai is a 280m² luxury 3 Bedroom vacation home, built on 2 levels and sleeps up to 6 people. Elegantly constructed with a great mix of tropical architecture, styled with materials such as exposed polished concrete and natural stone as the indoor and outdoor areas blend together. Facing the ocean and jungle, enjoy the view from the 25m² saltwater pool. Villa Lasai is conveniently located less than a 3 minute drive to the world-class surfing beaches and downtown Santa Teresa.

The space
This beautiful vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of 3 bedrooms has en-suite bathroom so that couples, friends or families can travel together and still enjoy their privacy. All bedrooms and living room have A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large inviting outside terrace has a spacious dining table with BBQ and sunbeds all facing the infinity ocean view pool.
The private parking area offers parking space for at least two cars.

In order for you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, the villa comes with a daily cleaning service, pool service and security guard from sunset until sunrise.

To make your stay with us perfect, we offer a personal concierge service.
We are happy to help you with transportation (rental car, domestic flights, taxis, quad rental) as well as recommending restaurants and activities such as surf lessons, fishing, horse back riding, workshops, private yacht tour and much more.
For relaxation we work with selected masseuses, pilates and yoga teachers who like to come to the villa to pamper you.

In case you'd like to bring your best friend, we do allow pets.

Please note that the home does require a 4x4 vehicle in order to reach it, as it is nestled up in a hill within the beautiful, lush mountains.

Guests have full privacy and access to the entire house. The time of the daily cleaning service is agreed with the guests at check in.

Besides of having the most popular beach in front of your door step, you will find several of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Costa Rica including Playa Carmen, Playa Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa and Mal Pais. Lined by a lush tropical jungle, these gorgeous beaches are known for their consistent surf throughout the year.


The Wildlife
Santa Teresa and the surrounding area boast a wide variety of wildlife. While you are staying at Villa Lasai, you may have the opportunity to see white face capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, coatis, iguanas as well as many other local animals. There are also several species of birds in the area including woodpeckers, magpie- jays, pelicans and hummingbirds.

Villa Lasai is situated on a semi-private road dedicated to vacation homes, offering a serene and secure environment. The gated community features a security guard on duty from 6 PM to 6 AM, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Due to the road conditions in Santa Teresa, a 4x4 is recommended to get to the villa.

At this time, as Santa Teresa is a high developing town, the home does have some construction noise nearby that may cause moments of disturbance. However, we hope that the many beautiful elements of the home trump this detail. In addition, due to this potential inconvenience we have offered a generous reduction of 30% off the average price. Its unique touch of exposed, polished concrete and fine stone brings a raw feel to the home, truly submerging you into the jungle experience you are looking for! Find yourselves absorbing the golden sunsets of Costa Rica in the asymmetrical infinity pool. Perfect for either family or friends, the third bedroom overlooks the pool and canopy on the main level -complimented with its privacy, while the two master bedrooms are highlighted with deep, ivory bathtubs gazing out into the lush jungle.
