***As of August 20th, TC Villas was notified that construction has recently commenced on a nearby lot, about 100ft away from the house. The construction is expected to last until August 2026, although we cannot guarantee the timeline. Typically, construction crews operate Monday through Saturday, from dawn until dusk. While Sundays are generally reserved for rest, occasional work may take place on this day as well. Kindly note that we are not able to predict or quantify the degree of disturbance and noise this will present at any given period of time. To offset any inconvenience, the owner is offering a discount already reflected in the rate. Construction will pause from December 20th to January 5th, 2026***

The latter houses most of the island's private boat charters and sunset cruises, which offer an extensive repertoire of fun things to do -you can even be picked up for a private tour right off the beach!

• Please note that infants (under 2 years old) are counted towards the total occupancy. While Airbnb does not charge for infants even if they exceed the standard occupancy, we will need to apply an additional charge of $594 if an infant causes the occupancy to exceed the standard limit.
