Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity. Proper insulation and window blinds save energy and keep the house fresh. The energy-efficient floor cooling system and VMC keep the ideal indoor climate. As an extra, there is an AC unit in every room.

From the host
Villa Regina is located in Carate Urio, in the heart of the "golden mile" of Lake Como that stretches from Villa d'Este to Cernobbio to Laglio. Thisarea has perfect sun exposure and offers among the most beautiful and impeccable views of the lake.
Carate Urio is a town on the lake on the western shore of Lake Como, about ten kilometers from the center of Como. The entire town is located on a steep hill, so know that you will have to walk uphill and downhill! The property is located in the upper part of the town. It takes about a ten-minute walk to the lake's restaurants and dock. We note that the streets are old and narrow, there are many stairs, and not everything is accessible by car.
