The villa is wheelchair-friendly, featuring a lift from the garage and step-free access to all rooms, ensuring convenience and ease of movement throughout the single-level home.
A mere 500m walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The property is accessible to the local bus route and taxi services. We offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The property also offers secure indoor parking for 1 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.
Other things to note
Refundable Breakage Deposit: A refundable breakage deposit of R20,000 is required prior to or upon check-in, payable via Airbnb. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided no damages are reported. Should any damages be found, the corresponding charges will be applied. We strive to address such matters promptly and fairly.
Housekeeping & Services: The villa is ideally suited for families and close friends. A complimentary daily housekeeping service is provided from Monday to Saturday for up to 4 hours per day. Should you require housekeeping services on Sundays or public holidays, an additional fee of R450 per day will apply. Please coordinate with your host for arrangements. The villa also offers a peaceful environment, ideal for work or relaxation.
Load-Shedding / Electrical Back-Up Power: In South Africa, load-shedding occurs when the national electricity supply grid is under strain. During these scheduled power outages (typically lasting two hours), the electricity provider, Eskom, reduces the supply in different areas (zones) to alleviate the load. The villa is equipped with an uninterrupted back-up power system, ensuring the smooth operation of essential services, including mood lighting, home automation (blinds and Alexa), TVs, Wi-Fi, alarm systems, and cameras. Gas cooking facilities remain unaffected during power outages.
Outdoor Cleaning Fee: A standard cleaning fee of R500 per week applies to all reservations. This covers pool, spa, barbecue, and pizza oven maintenance.
Excursions and Tours: Dedicated vehicles are available for all excursions and tours, though these are not included in the rental price.
Wellness and Concierge Services: The property offers wellness treatments and a full concierge service. Detailed information and applicable fees can be found in the villa manual.
Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services:
Linen and towels are changed as required.
The property is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Please coordinate with your host for use.
For any washing or ironing undertaken by the housekeeper, a fee of R200 per load will apply, payable directly to the host.
Cancellations: In light of COVID-19, we offer flexible cancellation policies. If you test positive for COVID-19 (with proof) within 48 hours of check-in or in the event of a lockdown, we will provide a booking credit for use within 12 months of your original arrival date. Rates may vary based on seasonality.
Additional Rules:
Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of persons specified in the reservation contract.
No loud noise or parties are permitted. Background music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable volume, with the sound level reduced by 10 PM.
We ask that you notify us of any accidental damages as soon as possible so we can address them efficiently, minimizing any associated costs.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the pool area. The pool is not childproof, and the owners do not accept liability for any incidents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; penalties may apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the property’s standards for the enjoyment of all guests.
