The space

A state of the art Peleton gym with bike, treadmill and virtual trainer awaits. Two bedrooms and living areas in the main house are wheelchair accessible.
Half Moon Luxury Resort, to which you will have a membership during your stay, is five minutes away and offers world-class amenities including a superb championship golf course, tennis, pickleball, 3.2 km of beachfront, an extraordinary spa, and the award-winning Sugar Mill restaurant. Indeed you can use the villa’s golf cart to head down to golf at Half Moon’s championship course.
The villa is also just ten minutes from Montego Bay and its international airport.
For animal lovers, a few friendly cats and dogs live on the grounds but will not venture into the home or pool area if that is your preference.

Guest access
The main villa has five bedrooms and features a hot tub,
infinity pool and playhouse. The adjoining Bamboo Cottage has five additional en-suite bedrooms. Bookings of more than seven bedrooms will have access to the Bamboo Cottage Royal Poinciana Suite, Poolside Palm Suite and Poolside Seagrape Suite as well as a second infinity pool and bar.

Additional guests require approval. Extra person per room fees apply for all except babies in cribs. Weddings and events (see below) are not permitted without express approval. Minimum rental age is 25, no high school or college age spring break bookings, no exceptions.
FOOD
Plan on a food budget of approximately US $80 per day per person for adults and $20-30 per person for kids. Wine and liquor extra, we are happy to pre-stock at your request. Our chef will stock your first day's food based on your prior instructions and will shop for you every few days. If no driver is booked (see Driver & Van below), there will be a $40 pre-stocking fee and a $40 shopping fee twice per week to cover the gas of the chef who would then use his own car to shop.
STAFF GRATUITIES
10% of gross rental during high and holiday seasons. 15% of gross rental during low season.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
US$ 2000 paid at time of booking and refunded within two weeks of your departure.
