Villa Vista Es Torrent is a contemporary five-bedroom villa set on a dramatic clifftop in the prestigious gated community of Vista Alegre, on Ibiza’s sought-after south coast. With uninterrupted views across the crystal-clear waters of Es Cubells and beyond, the property combines luxury, privacy, and stylish design in a prime location.
Set across two levels, the villa has been carefully planned to maximise its stunning front-line position. Expansive terraces and outdoor living areas overlook the Mediterranean, creating perfect spaces for both relaxing and entertaining. The main terrace features a 7m x 2m plunge pool, a shaded yoga platform, and a generous chillout area with oversized sofas. Just beyond, a sea-facing dining space comfortably seats ten, complete with a gas barbecue—ideal for long dinners with sunset views.
Additional terraces extend toward the coastline, with cosy rattan seating and panoramic views of the rugged shoreline and tranquil blue sea. Whether it’s morning coffee, afternoon sunbathing, or evening drinks, the outside spaces are designed to be enjoyed from sunrise to nightfall.
Inside, the interiors are bright and welcoming, with natural tones, clean lines and an abundance of glass that draws the outside in. Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 24 hours before arrival for security reasons.
