The space
R.House offers a boutique hotel-quality experience within a beautifully designed modern home, creating the perfect getaway amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains and Coosawattee River.
Nestled in a quiet private neighborhood, the house itself is enveloped by a diverse array of towering trees. 3 wooded acres ensure privacy for you and your group to fully enjoy the modern landscape and outdoor amenities. The backyard features a tranquil fire pit, encircled by cozy Adirondack chairs, perfect for listening to the soothing sounds of the rushing river, savoring a crackling fire, and creating unforgettable memories.
Two expansive outdoor decks, totaling over 1,400 square feet, feature inviting living spaces with two fireplaces, a selection of lounge and rocking chairs, and outdoor dining areas perfect for al fresco meals. The decks also include a gas grill, corn hole, and a luxurious hot tub, ensuring a complete and enjoyable outdoor experience.

This inviting space is ideal for relaxing, reading, conversing, or watching a movie by the fireplace. A vinyl record player with Bluetooth capability is available to set the perfect sonic ambiance. From the living room, you can directly access the breathtaking outdoor deck, take in the scenic views, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the river by fire.
There is also a convenient half-bath located just off the living room and main entryway.

✺ Bedroom 01 — “Stone”:
Located on the upper level, Room 1, aptly named "Stone" for its black, gray, and brown neutral tones, features a king-size bed with a rattan headboard, reading lamps, side tables, coasters, full length mirror, and a spacious dresser. This room leads out to a spacious portion of of the upper deck with cozy pod-style chairs for sipping your morning coffee and taking in all the sights and sounds.
The luxurious attached bathroom is fully equipped with a resort-like steam room. Enjoy the standard shower head with wand, two large rainfall shower heads, and a tub with tray for reading and relaxing by candlelight. Additionally, the generous primary closet offers a cozy retreat with a rug, cushioned bench, wardrobe, lux bath robes, hamper, and a convenient pack-n-play in case you bring a little one along for your stay.

The spacious walk-in closet is ideal for shared use, and the nearby third bathroom is serene, with forest green tiles, gold accents, and ample storage space.

One of the best amenities included with your stay at R.House is the access you'll have to the neighborhood Recreation Center. Only 5 minutes away from the cabin, you'll actually pass the Rec Center each time you drive in and out of Eagle Mountain. This charming facility offers a range of amenities, making it a central hub for resort activities:
· Enclosed, Heated Junior Olympic-sized Pool: Comfortable year-round swimming with a large shallow end for the little ones.
· Heated Kiddie Pool: A perfect spot for the very little ones to splash and play in shallow water.
· Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, rowing machines, exercise bikes, Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
· Game Room: A coin-operated arcade with games, pool tables, and an air hockey machine.
· Outdoor Attractions: Tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, along with an 18-hole miniature golf course. Equipment can be checked out at the Recreation Center desk.

· Other Local Attractions: Explore nearby Amicalola State Park, Carter’s Lake, The Ocoee River Rapids, and Downtown Blue Ridge for more shops, restaurants, craft coffee, and a railroad tour. Exciting adventures are only a short drive away!
· This is the mountains! So if you're driving yourself or renting a vehicle, we always recommend all-wheel drive for the most comfortable navigation up and down the various hills that North Georgia has to offer.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house and outdoor areas, minus two locked closets. Self-check-in with a smart lock ensures a smooth and flexible arrival.
