Tucked away on a 30-hectare ecological estate in the quiet Mallorcan countryside near Moscari, this villa offers a private and beautifully designed retreat. Surrounded by olive and almond groves, with panoramic views of the mountains and sea, it’s the perfect base for enjoying the slower pace of rural Mallorca while staying within 30 minutes of both Palma and the beaches in the north.

Designed with care and style, the property is a harmonious mix of Mallorcan architecture and Dutch interior design. Unique, hand-picked pieces and artwork from around the world create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere throughout. The interiors are both luxurious and practical, with underfloor heating for winter stays, air conditioning throughout, and strong Wi-Fi that reaches across the house, terraces, and gardens.

Outdoors, you’ll find a saltwater pool with plenty of space for lounging, as well as a full-size shared tennis court and table tennis. For cooler days or a break from the sun, there’s a billiards table and a large screen HDTV.

The property is ideal for large families or groups of friends and can be booked together with its neighbouring sister villa (also with five bedrooms), accessible via a separate driveway.

For added comfort, optional five-star hotel-style service is available at an additional cost. This includes daily breakfast prepared by a private chef, room cleaning, and up to three tailored lunches or dinners, complete with wine pairings. Please note that the grocery costs for all meals are charged separately.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.

Other things to note
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 24 hours before arrival for security reasons.

Full arrival instructions and access details will be provided closer to your check-in date via our Guest Experience team.

We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay which we can help arrange.

We also offer the option to pre-arrange a wide range of services to make your stay even more enjoyable – from boat rentals and private chefs to wellness sessions and grocery deliveries.

The villa includes complimentary pool heating.
Also included:
- Midweek cleaning on Wednesday. Hours dependant on cleaning needs. Normally 2-3 hours 2 cleaners.
- Towels are changed during midweek cleaning.
- Sheets once per week (so when guests rent the villa for 2 weeks sheets will be changed after 7 nights).
