This newly built & fully-fenced home will transport you to a world of relaxation and luxury. The space
Villa Marrakech is more than a home, it’s an immersive design experience inspired by global travels and rooted in natural desert elements. Raw plaster walls, smooth concrete floors, carved stone, and warm wood tones create a grounding, sensory-rich environment that feels both luxurious and organic. Every detail has been intentionally sourced - from hand-thrown Moroccan vases to African chairs and Argentine textiles - layering the home with depth, story, and soul.
Sunlight pours through expansive windows, shifting throughout the day and illuminating the textures within. The architecture blurs the line between indoors and out, creating a seamless flow that invites stillness, creativity, and complete relaxation. The atmosphere is calm, elevated, and quietly opulent, like stepping into a boutique desert hotel designed for restoration.

The saltwater pool becomes a central ritual, its soft, mineral-rich water offering a gentler, more restorative soak under the open sky. Surrounding the pool, luxurious rattan double loungers with oversized umbrellas create shaded retreats for sun-drenched afternoons. Sonos speakers extend throughout the outdoor space, allowing music to drift effortlessly from poolside to patio.
The fully fenced acreage is dotted with over 80 Joshua trees, ancient olive trees, and native desert plantings, all connected by thoughtful stone pathways. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room, kitchen, and back patio, creating an open, cohesive space that allows for effortless movement and connection throughout your stay. Large windows frame the desert like a living painting, bringing the outside in and creating a constant connection to the landscape. Whether it’s a quiet morning with coffee or a cozy evening after a day of exploring, the space invites you to settle in and unwind.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed to balance beauty and functionality. Clean, concrete countertops and quality appliances make it ideal for everything from casual meals to shared cooking experiences. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar and the dining area directly borders from the kitchen, creating a welcoming space for connection and conversation. An outdoor dining and a BBQ extend the experience beyond the walls of the home, allowing for meals under the desert sky - sunset dinners, long evenings, and slow mornings in the open air.

The two bedrooms are designed as serene, private retreats, each layered with soft textures and calming tones. Beds are dressed in premium linens and cotton bedding sourced from Peru, offering a luxurious, hotel-quality sleep experience. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom just down the hallway.
The bathrooms continue the spa-like aesthetic, with clean, modern finishes and a sense of understated elegance. Each space is designed to feel restorative - quiet, minimal, and refined - mirroring the tranquility of the surrounding desert. Rain showers in each bathroom and an outdoor shower elevate every rinse into a spa-like ritual, while the hallway bathroom features a serene soaking tub designed for slow, restorative unwinding.

Guest access
The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that there is a supply closet in the hallway used for housekeeping and maintenance that are locked. There is parking for multiple cars in the front driveway.
Other things to note
-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.
► $300 per night
-Hot Tub Heating-
Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.
-Pool Service-
The pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays, typically between 9am-4pm. The technician will enter through the gate and go directly to the backyard without approaching the home.
-Electric Vehicle Charger-
There is no fee to charge your electric vehicle. The charger is a Level 2 220v Tesla charger. You will need an adapter if you have a non-Tesla vehicle.
-Pet Policy-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $1000. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Wildlife & Safety-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.
-Security Cameras-
There are exterior cameras monitoring the driveway and exterior of the property for security and occupancy verification purposes. The locations are as follows: front door and on the garage corner facing the driveway. There are no cameras facing interior spaces or private areas such as the pool.
