Our maisonette bungalow CAPRI CASA A27 is already waiting for you. Enjoy a wonderful vacation - alone or as a couple - in the modern CAPRI bungalow complex in Maspalomas. Where Gran Canaria shows its most beautiful side. One week, two weeks, three or six weeks? The choice is yours. In any case, we wish you a fantastic stay.

The space
We completely refurbished our bungalow in 2022, renovated it with high-quality materials and furnished it with great attention to detail and a sense of design. Our CAPRI CASA A27 is fully equipped. Nothing is missing.

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and microwave. A spacious fridge-freezer combination also awaits you. There is also a filter coffee and Nespresso capsule machine, crockery, cups, glasses, cookware and other useful kitchen utensils. There are also household appliances such as a kettle, toaster, hand mixer and kitchen scales. The apartment also has a washing machine with drying facilities.

In the living area, a comfortable sofa and a comfortable armchair invite you to spend cozy evenings watching TV. Naturally with German programs and media libraries. Alternatively, you can enjoy the evening hours relaxing on the terrace by candlelight. And with the small electric barbecue, nothing stands in the way of an enjoyable barbecue evening.

If you like, simply let the sun shining in your bedroom window wake you up in the morning. If you want to start the day particularly fit, we recommend a dip in the pool. Incidentally, it is only a few meters away from our bungalow.

The daylight bathroom pampers you with a spacious rain shower. There is plenty of storage space for towels and toiletries. There are also plenty of shower towels, hand towels and bed linen for changing. A hairdryer is a matter of course.

Guest access
The well-kept CAPRI bungalow complex consists of around 100 apartments. Most of them - like our CAPRI CASA A27 - are two-storey, some are single-storey. You can use the beautifully designed pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge. The Italian restaurant MARIA LA GORDA, which also functions as a pool bar, is also located on the premises.

Other things to note
The bungalow can also be used wonderfully as a home office. Fiber optic internet with 250 MBit/s included. You can either sit at the living room table with folding laptop table or on the terrace in the shade. Enjoy the pool as a break in between or go for a ride in the beautiful surroundings on the two bicycles. Wonderful.
Free parking is usually available in the adjacent street, C. Tauro, and at the large traffic circle in C. Leo.

In the neighborhood there is a SPAR supermarket within walking distance in 3-4 minutes (300m), as well as a taxi stand. It is also not far to the bus stops - depending on the direction: Playa del Ingles about 10 minutes, Maspalomas about 5 minutes walk. Calle Tauro, where the bungalow is located, flows into the small "Parque V Centenario", where you can take a little walk. Those who like to go more can explore the large idyllic "Parque del Sur" very close by. Restaurants (Italian, Sardinian, Austrian/Spanish) and the "Holiday World" are also in walking distance. To "YUMBO CENTRUM", the large leisure center with bars, restaurants and shopping you can walk well in half an hour, or in 5 minutes by taxi. Wonderful you can also walk from Capri Casa A27 along the "Barranco" towards "Faro de Maspalomas" to walk there in the evening. Or just use the two bikes.
