This luxurious rural retreat is set on Ibiza’s tranquil north coast, surrounded by aromatic herb gardens, fruit trees, and sweeping views across the countryside and sea, all the way to Formentera. Carefully restored, this traditional Ibicencan finca blends authentic architectural features with high-quality finishes and modern amenities, creating a peaceful and private base ideal for families, groups, or special gatherings.

The property offers direct access to Ibiza’s serene rural atmosphere while maintaining a full range of comforts. A chef is included in the rental for five hours daily to prepare, serve, and clean up breakfast (food costs not included). Hot items such as eggs can be cooked upon request.

The grounds are expansive and thoughtfully designed, featuring a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area, a treehouse for children, hammocks, shaded seating areas, and lush green lawns that can serve as play or sports areas. A dedicated 70 m² yoga platform with sunset views and an adjacent outdoor gym offer wellness opportunities, while a newly installed barrel sauna adds a further touch of comfort. For celebrations or social gatherings, guests can make use of the rustic-style disco and the charming garden chiringuito bar.

The main house includes several large living areas, including a lounge with fireplace, a dining area with garden views, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Each room combines traditional design elements—such as Sabina wood ceilings—with modern amenities like air conditioning, TVs, and Wi-Fi.

Located on the rooftop of the main house, this 25 m² suite offers complete privacy, stunning panoramic views of the coastline, and a large private terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the pool. - Bedrooms 8 & 9 – Independent Guest House
Located 30 metres from the main house, this 80 m² guest house includes two bedrooms—one double (160 x 200 cm) and one twin (2 x 90 x 200 cm)—a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room, a private sunset terrace, and private parking. It also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV. Well-suited for families or friends travelling together.

- Daily breakfast preparation by an in-house chef (5 hours per day, including preparation, serving, and cleanup; food costs not included)

Daily cleaning service for a total of 6 hours. On Wednesdays bed linen and towels will be changed (for stays of one week or more).

The chef is normally at the property between 8:00 - 13:00 to do the breakfast preparation and cleaning after breakfast.
