Stunning architectural guest house with serene views of the sierras in a private jungle a short walk from the beach. The house opens fully to an expansive patio with dappled shade and a fire pit fit for acoustic serenades. The dramatic bathroom's fireplace illuminates the shower that overlooks the cactus garden. The large kitchen has space for simultaneous ceviche and margarita preparation. A 16 foot Bedouin Tent perched on the Roof Deck puts you comfortably under a blanket of stars. Fast Wifi!

The space
Beautiful new construction home on 1.3 acres located on a quiet dead-end street 300 meters from the beach as the crow flies and approximately 500 meters walking. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Typical sounds at night are a cacophony of waves crashing and palm fronds rustling.

Where you’ll be

El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Mexico

The house sits between the rugged beach and the organic farms of Pescadero, 500 meters from the sand as the crow flies. We are tucked away on a very quiet dead-end sand road, only one neighbor passes the house to get to their home. Quiet and secluded for being so close to the beach.

Emily and I split time between Baja California Sur and the Mediterranean. The Endless Summer - Summers in Italy, Greece and Turkey followed by “Winters” in El Pescadero. We are drawn to Baja, and specifically Pescadero, by the warm, dry and Sunny days followed by cool, star-filled nights. Days are equally likely to be spent chasing adventure (surfing, kite surfing, hiking, mountain biking, deep sea fishing) or recovering from it (sunset walks on the beach, outdoor siestas in the dappled shade, sipping margaritas while listening to the crashing waves). The diverse array of food is world class and is legit farm to table with scores of organic farms in the neighborhood and the sea teeming with fish. The warmth and kindness of the Mexican people tie it all together to create a truly memorable place that is very special for being so accessible.
