This is a cottage located near the mountains of Câmara de Lobos in Madeira Island. It has view to the Atlantic ocean and to the west coast of Funchal.
The house will be just for you and you will not be sharing it with other persons.
Here, you can relax and connect with nature. Wireless internet and Portuguese cable TV available.
The space
Built in the tradicional way, this cottage uses stone and wood as main materials.
The house has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has also another area where you can cook bread or make a barbecue.
We have an extra bed that we can install in the livingroom that could be used as a second room for extra guests that are with you. There are no doors dividing the bedroom and the livingroom so you must give away a bit on privacy. Please see pictures 25 to 27 or send a message for more information.
The rest of the property is agricultural space with vines.
Guest access
Full access to the house and the property. You can use the kitchen, the bathroom, the living rooms, the fireplace, the oven and the other things. If you come, you'll be the only one(s) living in the cottage.
Other things to note
There's two portable oil heaters you can move around the house.
The tap water is drinkable.
If you come with your baby, we can provide you a baby crib.
The check-in and checkout hours are not rigid but you should stick to them if there's other guests coming or leaving the same day.
Note that the cottage is surrounded by vines and other plants. These, as normal loose leafs in winter and so, the present situation of these may differ from the pictures.
If you come in August/September you can watch or participate in the tradicional harvest.
