The space
At the top of an old building in the heart of the village of Groix ( 2nd floor with small sea view), the 40 m2 loft is composed of a bedroom (bed 1 m 80, possibility of making two beds at 90), a rest area with its small office, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shower room and toilet.
Freshly lovingly restored and furnished with our tastes.
Local objects gleaned on the spot, from the recovery in the empty attics to the cheerful chinage in the shops of the girlfriends.

On foot or by bike. Great location. Heart of the market town. 7 min walk from the port. 2 minutes from the cinema, shop, bike rental. Free parking at the bottom of the house.
