The space
You will have a pleasant stay in our fully renovated house, with its large private garden and fence! We have carefully decorated and arranged it to make it feel like home!
It is ideally located to easily visit our beautiful island!
Less than 3km from a shopping center, a stone's throw from the Artist Cabins of La Baudissiere, close to the market, Ileo Aquatic Park, Slate Theatre, bike paths, and the beautiful Boyarville beach is just 5km away! and close to a free bus shuttle stop in July /August.
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people ( 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children and a baby or 3 children ) it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to bring other people who are not part of the reservation in the house, please let us know if you want to receive people during your stay.
The house is composed of a beautiful living room with equipped and furnished open kitchen overlooking a covered terrace, 2 spacious bedrooms with dressing room and 1 double beds 160cm with bultex mattress changed in November 2024 in one bedroom and 2 single beds (80cm suitable for children) in the other.
Bathroom with bathtub (shower use only) and new washing machine (June 2024)
Separate toilet.
In the living room, the pull-out sofa can be used as a bed for a 3rd child only.
Our place is equipped with a TV with the option to use, Amazon Prime tv, games console, Wi-Fi (fiber) , board games for young and old, books.
You will appreciate our property of 800m2 not overlooked, enclosed and wooded, equipped with a terrace garden table, a garden furniture, swings and a large slide.
Our house is located in the village close to a road but set back from it (separate by an imposing hedge and about 35m from the road). During the summer period there is traffic and therefore noise at certain times but like everywhere on the island at this time 😅
All doors and windows are double-glazed PVC, the house has just been insulated from the outside in December 2024, so the house is very well insulated.
Upon arrival: welcome basket with coffee, tea, infusions...
At your disposal: for bedding: 1 duvet 220 x 240 cm, 3 duvets 140 x 200 cm and 5 pillows (will be provided only for the number of people), hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, all cleaning supplies, dish towel, hand towel, soap, iron and ironing board, beach umbrella, 2 adult bikes, barbecue, hammock, 1 sun lounger.
On request and free: umbrella bed with mattress and mosquito net, high chair, baby beach tent.
Optional and by reservation:
household linen (towel kit 1 large and 1 small: €10) (bed linen kit 160 cm: €15 bed linen kit 80 cm: €12)
Baby bike seat: €10 per week ( we can rent it for you up to 2)
Upon your departure the house must be returned clean as found upon arrival (vacuum cleaner and mop required)
dishes should be clean and tidy, bins emptied and clean)
Cleaning fee: €90 (does not include the kitchen area)
⚠️During your departure inventory, if the cleaning has not been properly carried out, we will ask you for €30 per hour of cleaning (price of one hour here)

Electric vehicle charging is NOT allowed in the accommodation:
The house is not equipped with a socket suitable for this purpose.
. My insurance does not cover any incidents related to charging.
Finally, energy costs related to travel are not included in the rental (in the same way as gasoline or diesel).

Terminals are available in the city center less than 2 km away (at Intermarché, opposite the pharmacy for example)

Our property has private access, private and closed parking.
Other things to note
Our house is our main dwelling and it is not a holiday home. We're counting on you to take care of it as if it were your own 😇
Nb: Since 2024, Île D'Oleron has been subject to a fairly strict sorting of household waste that requires waste sorting and composting.
Yellow bins and glass are free. Black bins are charged (€1.85 per bag) to be dropped off at public containers 100m from the house.
⛔ charging electric vehicles is not allowed in our accommodation, the electrical network of the house is not suitable for this use, the insurance does not cover any damage caused
