Our cozy house of 230 m2 is located in a charming village, for its nature and tranquility, on the banks of the river Deva, on the outskirts of the town of Vilde, Asturias.

A 14km from San Vicente de la Barquera, 23km from Llanes, 7km from Pechón and 6km from the Franca Beach, is considered a protected landscape.

With capacity for up to 12 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

The space
The house is a house with access at street level. There are stairs inside the house.

As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces:

On the ground floor:
- a living room area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with a dining table.
- a separate kitchen and another dining table
- a pantry under the staircase
- 1 bathroom

On the first and second floor:
- the sleeping area is organized as follows:

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided.
The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions.

The house is heated by electric radiators in all the rooms.

Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 188 liters: once the water runs out, you just have to wait for the water heater to fill up again.

Parking on the street is free.
