Modest, quiet and peaceful 3-bedroom holiday villa at 7 minutes from Dunedin's historic city centre on NZ's magnificent South Island. Close to parks &reserves, a nature & bird lovers' retreat.

The space
A fully furnished standalone villa with queen beds in each bedroom, one bathroom with fullsize bath and seperate shower, full cooking and laundry facilities, freeview TV, DVD and free Wifi internet.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and amenities, including:
- Freeview Satellite TV and DVD
- Free Wifi internet.
- kitchen and eating utensils
- dishwasher, glass top stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, rice cooker
- wood burner in living space (free firewood on request)
- Towels and fresh Egyptian cotton hotel grade linen are included.
- Beds will be made before arrival. Bedding and towels will be refreshed by us for stays over 7 days, and each additional week thereafter.
- An optional king single bed with basic bedding can be added in the living room if desired at a small extra fee (please enquire).

Other things to note
CLEANING
Before leaving, the guest must clean the living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The host will clean the bedrooms and make up the beds.

The villa is located in a no-exit street with nearly no traffic in a moderately upscale neighbourhood. It lends to small walks in the adjacent streets or reserve which is home to several native bird species, whose calls can be enjoyed from the villa.
By car, the nearby Flagstaff Hill track is at a 10 minutes' drive. The city centre is a 7 minutes' drive. The foot of the Otago Pensinsula is at a 15 minutes' drive.
For the culturally interested, the historic city of Dunedin holds plenty of treasures, which the hosts will gladly point out for you.
Of course, several options for quality dining and shopping are also available.
