Come and enjoy this beautiful yurt which is adjacent to a pony meadow and overlooks an apple orchard. Marijke has decorated this yurt with much love and attention.

Quiet, space, freedom & creativity. That is what exudes the place! The wood-burning stove and cozy decor create a romantic and intimate atmosphere.

The yurt is located on a small-scale recreation area, near the Waal and recreational lake de Groene Heuvels. Nearby you can walk and enjoy the green landscape.

The space
LOCATION
Upon arrival to our re-creation place, you will be greeted by three goats and chickens.
When you walk past the mini camping orchard and the fire pit, you will see some yurts hidden among the greenery. This yurt has a spacious green garden with terrace and gives plenty of privacy.

ADDITIONAL SOUNDS
Depending on the wind direction, you can sometimes hear traffic in the distance. Think of it as a highway to dreamland – or a distant surf, for those who have imagination.

COOKING
The yurt is full of comforts and features cooking utensils, gas stove, fridge, Bialetti percolator, kettle and even a small oven. The water tap from the water tank and fill at the "Boer en Bont" (common area).

GLAMPING
Sunbeds, chairs, table, parasol and fire bowl are provided. Look in the shed for pillows and other necessities.

SANITARY BUILDING
About 15 meters away is the sanitary building with two showers with hot water and two toilets. No need for shower coins.

FIRE BOWL XXL
Next to the group room is a large fire bowl of 1.5 in diameter. This can also be used as a BBQ dish with different etagères. The bowl is in a gazebo where you can sit all around. This is free to use, as long as it is not rented by a group.

COVERED CAMPFIRE PIT
On the edge of the camping field is a hay mite that is decorated as a covered campfire pit. Warm up together, even when it rains. This place can also be used as a bbq place, provided it has not been rented by a group.

PLAYGROUND
For the playful person, we have a small playground in the camping orchard with trampoline, slide and swings.

BIKES
Do you feel like cycling through the beautiful values and over the dike? With us, it is possible to rent neat bicycles with gears for 10.00 p/day. Possibly with child seat in front and/or behind á 2.50. E-bikes for 25.00 p/day. Deposit a 75.00

HOT TUB (JACUZZI)
Do you want to seriously relax?, we have a 6 to 8 person wood fired hot tub for rent for 125,- Advance booking is recommended. These must be filled and fired yourself.

STOOKWOOD
For a nice fire, we can buy wood at 17.50 for a box and 35.00 for a wheelbarrow. Please note: when a fire ban is imposed by the RIVM due to drought, we will adhere to it.

COT AND HIGH CHAIR
Don't feel like dragging with a baby cot? You can have a baby cot ready by us. Cost for this is 10,- A high chair is free of charge.

PORTA POTTI
Do you have to get out at night for the necessary need and don't feel like walking to the plumbing building? Then it is possible to use a Porta Potti. This can be picked up from the host for a 20,- a cash deposit.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
Are you ready for deep relaxation? Sofie offers Chinese oil massages at our place:

It is wonderful to stay at this place. Surrounded by fruit trees, a small forest, ponies in the meadow. In addition, it is a 10 minute walk to the Waal.

Winssen is a small friendly village on the Waal with a large supermarket, a liquor store, a particularly good restaurant with terrace and a cozy village café, also with a terrace.

From the yurt you walk within 5 minutes to the dike and the river, the Waal. Within 8 minutes by car you will find a large lake to swim in. The student city of Nijmegen is 15 min. by car. Arnhem, the inspiring place for art and culture is 30 min. by car.
