Guest access
This is a rare, direct seafront property, on over an acre of land, with private parking and a private road leading to the house. It is situated at a point of Stiniva Bay on the Northern coast of Korcula
island. Despite the remote location, ferry connections to the mainland, stores, bars, restaurants, and other modern conveniences can be found only 3km away in the town of Vela Luka.

Other things to note
Keep in mind that off-grid living has challenges and is not suitable for everybody. Certain appliances, such as hair dryers, irons, microwaves, and toasters, can not be used. There is also no AC. Overhead 12V fans and sea breeze help make the nighttime more comfortable. Hand-washed laundry only.
