This private beachfront villa offers the perfect blend of modern luxury, high-end amenities, and authentic island charm. Designed with clean architectural lines and expansive glass doors, the home seamlessly blends indoor comfort with the beauty of its natural surroundings. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the sleek, fully equipped kitchen to the spacious open-concept living areas that open directly to the turquoise sea.

The villa’s four ocean-facing master suites each feature private shaded terraces and stunning views, creating a peaceful and luxurious escape for every guest. Two of the suites include soaking tubs and open-air showers, offering a spa-like experience in total privacy. A fifth garden-view suite is ideal for teens, extended family, or additional guests.

Outside, the infinity-edge pool looks out over a quiet stretch of white sand beach—ideal for launching the villa’s kayaks and paddleboards, snorkeling the nearby reef, or simply enjoying the calm, shallow waters. Horseback riding through the ocean is just a few minutes away, and one of the island’s most iconic restaurants, Da Conch Shack, is a short walk down the beach.

Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, style, and seclusion, this home offers a private and elevated way to experience the best of Turks and Caicos.

• One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate. Additional cleaning is available for an additional cost.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.

TC Villas is a boutique company with a very small team (and we like it that way!). When you call our office, we will take as much time as needed to find you the best villa for your needs. Our business has grown as a result of this personal touch and it has become our mission to form relationships with all of our guests, new as well as the many return and referral guests we are fortunate enough to have. The founder of our company, Henry Moog, began TC Villas after he and his family discovered the beautiful and pristine island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in 1970. Back then, there were no telephones, TVs, or creature comforts–in fact, islanders communicated via VHF (sort of a walkie-talkie device!). Henry constructed several dozens of villas on Provo, including many of the villas on our site. Provo has changed quite a bit since 1970, but the beautiful clear water and sugar sand beaches remain. We are frequent travelers to the island and are happy to offer insight as to the culture of the island (there’s no Neiman Marcus here!), as well as the best spots for lunch, fun water activities, where to buy local fish, and how to plan for an unforgettable vacation. When you call our office, you will speak to someone who has either seen or stayed in these villas. Our descriptions and photos of the villas are true and accurate. Because our villa specialists are not paid on commission, we will always offer you our honest advice–even if that means we don’t have a villa suitable for your needs! We hope you’ll find our villa offerings informative, tempting, and inspiring, but most of all, we hope you’ll give us a call.
