Step into your own private paradise, complete with meditation pond, pool with outdoor bar, and guest cottage. Enjoy a 2 story cape house, with 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, gas fireplace and open dining room. Patio has large outdoor table and gas grill. Backyard is an enchanted garden, complete with fruit orchard, small pond, pool house and outdoor bar. The property is directly across the street from grocery, liquor and
pharmacy.

The space
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and sliding glass doors that open directly to the patios. There is a split unit AC that cools the downstairs.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, full bath and washer dryer. Each of upstairs bedrooms have window unit AC for summertime.

The kitchen is very well equipped. The island has 3 seat bar and there is a floating shelf in the window that seats 3 more. The kitchen is open to a large dining table that can fit about 8 people.

There is a patio off of the kitchen that has a gas grill and large table that seats 10. There are outdoor couches and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.

The backyard is very large. In the middle of the property is a small pond with Adirondack chairs on it. Perfect place to sit and read or feed the koi fish. Next to the pond is a pool house. This a large room that has a queen bed and a couch that is very comfortable to sleep on. Wifi works in the pool area, so you can work from the table while you watch the kids in the pool. There is a Peleton as well. Half bath. Split unit AC and ceiling fan. There is an outdoor shower. However please no shampoo/soap as it runs into the garden.

Next to the pool is an outdoor bar with seating. Mini fridge and outdoor lighting. Perfect setup to enjoy outdoor bbqs.

There is a shopping center directly across the street. So you can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, CVS, Carvel etc. Could not be more convenient.

Hiking trails and beaches close by. 15 minutes to West Hampton. North Fork is 30 minutes away.

Guest access
Aside from two locked closets in the main house and the basement guests have full access to the property.
