Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Before booking, please review the services we have and those we do NOT have, as well as the house rules.
Although we have published check-in and check-out times, we can be flexible by prior arrangement, depending on availability and with an extra charge. Please note that if you want to have the room in the early morning (midnight to 9 am) you also need to book that night, because if there is a guest occupying the room it will be impossible for me to receive you. For more information or clarification on this point, you can send me a message.
It is always necessary that you inform me of your arrival time to organize my activities and receive you properly and give you the house keys. I do not have self check-in.
We are committed to welcoming you into a clean space. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping it that way, especially the bathroom, sink, shower, and kitchen. We also expect our guests to be willing to follow these rules, so we ask that you respect the house rules and we are confident that we can create a good environment for everyone's rest and safety. Communication always works for us!

Neighborhood highlights

The Guerrero neighborhood is a popular, working-class neighborhood with a lot of life. You'll find all kinds of shops, food stalls, and second-hand items. Here are some emblematic sites, such as the Rivas Mercado house museum and the San Fernando pantheon. Baroque-style churches such as San Hipólito and San Fernando. The San Carlos Museum, the Central Alameda, among others.
My street is wide and well-lit, with constant traffic of people and vehicles as it is between primary roads, it also has a frequent police presence; there are tolerance zones for people who offer sexual services and people experiencing homelessness, they do not represent a threat, but it is important that you take this into account before booking.
