DO YOU HAVE A WASHING MACHINE?
Yes, We do have a washing machine on the private terrace with enough space to dry clothes.
ARE VISITS ALLOWED?
No, only people included in the reservation are allowed to enter.
ARE PARTIES ALLOWED?
Parties and high volume music are not allowed.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
it's not allowed. We love animals but we had a bad experience in another apartment where we had to change a mattress.
DOES ANY INFORMATION NEED TO BE SENT FOR CHECK IN?
To speed up the check-in process, we will sent a link where the guest must register some basic data to comply with the transmission of data to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in accordance with Law 2068 of 2020 Article 22 and with greater detail in resolution 0700 of 2021 and resolution 409 of 2022 where they implemented the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA).
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER WITHOUT THEIR PARENTS.
HOW DISTANCE IS THE APARTMENT FROM THE MAIN PARK OF SAN GIL?
The apartment is located 3 minutes by car and 12 minutes walking from the main park of San Gil (La Libertad).
IS THE APARTMENT FOR US ONLY?
Yes, the apartment is completely independent, only the entrance to the main entrance is shared, and then you access the door of the apartment which is 100% independent. Two relatives live on the second floor who will be the ones who will give you the keys but you will have total independence.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes, and it's private for one car and one motorcycle. The garage door opens with a remote control. The garage is located on the first floor. Losing the remote control costs USD 60
WHAT TIME CAN YOU ARRIVE?
If the apartment was unoccupied the day before, you can arrive as early as 10am, but we will know that until then. If this is not possible, you can enter from 3pm and while you walk around the town, we have a place where you can store your suitcases.
CAN I ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT?
Of course, we welcome you until 10pm.
UNTIL WHAT TIME CAN YOU LEAVE OR CHECK OUT?
Until 12m. We must have the apartment ready at 3pm for the arrival of the next guests. If we do not have reservations, we can arrange departure.
WHAT IS THE TOTAL TO PAY?

Guest access
In San Gil, everything is close by; you can easily walk to the main park or the shopping center, etc. If you wish, you can also get around easily by car. Be careful because there are many motorcycles in town, so always drive carefully. You can also get around by taxi, the average fare is 6,000 pesos (for example, from the bus terminal to the apartment). You can also take a bus in front of the apartment, and the average fare is 2,500 pesos. If you want to go to nearby towns, the bus terminal (Terminalito, as it is known in San Gil) is very close, about a 9-minute walk away.
To access the apartment, go up a flight of stairs that will take you to the front garden. Then, go to the main door and find the stairs that lead to the apartment.
Other things to note
***DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES TO DO IN SAN GIL AND ITS SURROUNDINGS*** There are many things to do in San Gil and its surroundings, so consider staying at least 3 or 4 nights to visit the most beautiful town in Colombia -Barichara, Chicamocha National Park (Panachi), rafting, paragliding, rappelling, torrenteering, going to the Juan Curí waterfall, going to the bird hole in Mogotes, the Vaca or Indio caves, bungee jumping, visiting the parks : El Gallineral, Xplorer and Peñon Guane, Comfenalco or Cajasan swimming pools.
And if after walking around the region you want to enjoy some time in the apartment, we have board games such as chess, parks, dominoes, cards, etc.
