A peacocked cottage with a stunning cliff lot in the middle of nature, on the shore of a clean watered Lake Elijärvi. From the windows and terrace of the living room, a lake view opens up to its magnificent sunsets. The cottage has all the basic amenities; electricity, running water, air conditioning, a modern kitchen, a shower, a wood-burning sauna, a gas grill, a large terrace and a private rowing boat.

The space
The cottage has been recently renovated and furnished to meet today's requirements. The kitchen has an induction tray and a convection oven. The water in the cottage is drinkable.

The lake is rich in fish and its water is dark but clean. Sitting on the terrace, you can follow the life of waterfowl on the lake.

There are numerous outdoor activities near the cottage. The trails of the Kuhankuono route run in the conditions of southern Finland in exceptionally extensive and homogeneous forest areas, rocks and oasis swamps. The routes lead, for example, to the Vaskijärvi Nature Park and Kurjenrahka National Park and the Pukkipalo primeval forest.

Behind the cabin is a wooden shed and an outdoor toilet.

Cottage has been lately renovated to meet todays holiday home needs. You will find fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, convection as well as microwave owen. Tap water is drinkable.

Lake Elijärvi has dark but clean water. Also there is lots of fish. Main eatable fishes are pike and perch. It is nice to spend evening on the terrace and observe the life on the like.

There is plenty of outdoor activity options nearby. You can find good hiking routes from a half day to two days from Kuhankuono and Vaskijärvi national parks.

All the firewoods for sauna and fireplace are included for the rental. There is a gas and charcoal grill which are free to use.

You can drive to the cottage by car. The road runs through the neighbor's yard, partly on a cliff, so drive carefully.
