Need a place for a month or more? Why stay at an expensive and small hotel room?! This green-certified, 3-story house is on a quiet street with little traffic but within a short walk to downtown Asheville, the River Arts District, and the French Broad river greenway. 6 mins drive to Mission Hospital and 8 mins to UNCA. This is a prime location!

The space
1100sqft, green certified, smart lighting with Phillips Hue, Roku for Netflix/Hulu/Prime/etc. Fiber internet with super-fast 600mbps up/down and robust WiFi which covers the entire property. The upper loft bedroom has TONS of natural light, especially with the barn doors open. The lower bedroom works great as an office (with adjustable height desk) or an additional bedroom (using the futon). The hammock chair and wisteria-covered swinging bench in the back yard make for nice spots to watch the fireflies in summer. The back porch dining table is a great spot for dinners from spring through early fall. Tankless water heater is eco-friendly and ensures that you'll never run out of hot water! Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and dish washer… All utilities and lawn maintenance.

Discounts for longer stays are automatically applied by the app based on your date selection.

Please be sure to list your pets within the booking request to properly apply the extra cleaning fee. According to our insurance, we are unable to host the following breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, German Shepherd and Wolf Hybrid (registered service animals are fine).
